The ELMO Partner Program is designed for consultants, advisors, accountants, and technology specialists who work with mid-market organisations across ANZ. If your customers face workforce or HR challenges, there’s a pathway in our partner program that’s right for your business.

The program offers three clear ways to partner with ELMO. Referral Partners introduce opportunities and earn a one-off commission with no delivery obligation. Co-Sell Partners work alongside the ELMO team through the sales process and earn commission on the life of the contract. Services and Implementation Partners deliver implementation, advisory, or HR services to ELMO customers through an invitation-based model. You can start with one pathway and grow your involvement over time.

Partnering with ELMO gives you a way to generate new revenue, deepen your value to existing customers, and expand what you can offer without building or managing a product in house. The more involved you are, the greater your revenue potential.

ELMO is one of ANZ’s leading HR platforms, trusted by 1.2 million employees across the region. ELMO is ISO 42001 certified for AI governance, one of the few HR platforms in ANZ to hold this certification, and is listed on the AWS Marketplace. The platform is evolving beyond HR administration toward workforce intelligence, with AI-powered analytics and workforce planning capabilities in development. Partnering with ELMO means partnering with a platform that’s moving forward, not standing still.

You’ll get access to co-branded sales and marketing materials, enablement tools, and partner marketing AI tools to help you position ELMO confidently with your customers. Your dedicated Partner BDM is on hand to support you through onboarding, active opportunities, and ongoing engagement.

The Master Partner Agreement is the single legal framework that governs all partner activity with ELMO. It covers confidentiality, IP, conduct, and brand use. Commercial terms sit in modular schedules beneath it, you only activate the schedules relevant to your chosen pathway. Your Partner BDM will walk you through the agreement when you come on board.

Commission payments are processed following receipt of payment from your referred customer. Your Partner BDM will walk you through the exact timeline at onboarding so you know what to expect.

Yes. Your Partner BDM is on hand to support you through active opportunities, answer product questions, and join conversations with potential customers where it helps. You won’t be left to figure it out on your own.

When you join the program you’ll get access to a partner launch kit containing co-branded marketing and sales materials ready to use with your customers. We also recommend setting up a dedicated page on your own website and we’ll support you with the assets you need to do that.

Once you register, your Partner BDM will be in touch to get you up and running. The process generally takes less than 10 business days.
